What is the benefit of Sign in with Apple ID ?
The main benefits of signing in to MOOV with an Apple ID include:

- There is no need to create a separate MOOV ID and password; you can sign in directly with your Apple ID.
- You can easily access both the MOOV mobile app and the MOOV desktop/web version.
- Your account is protected by Apple’s two-factor authentication (2FA), providing enhanced account security.
Will MOOV collects the data of my Apple account ?
Following the policy of Apple, data collected by MOOV is limited to the user’s name and email address, and Apple’s private email relay allows users receive email from MOOV without disclosing their private email.
Can I log in to MOOV with my Apple ID on an Android phone or a computer?
Yes. Android users can simply open the MOOV app or visit the MOOV web version, select “Sign in with Apple” on the login page, and enter their Apple ID to log in and use the service.
Can I login to the MOOV account originally login by MOOV ID through Sign in with Apple ?
No. Your login method depends on the choice you made when you first registered your account. If you registered using an Apple ID, you must click the “Sign in with Apple” button to log in from then on. If the Apple ID no longer valid, please email us at moovcs@moov-music.com to set up a new login method for you.
When the Apple account is terminated, could the Apple ID still be used to login MOOV ?

When i click / tag on Sign in with Apple button, system shows an error message and cannot proceed, why ?
Please ensure that the MOOV iOS mobile application is updated to the latest version and try logging in again under stable network conditions. If the problem persists, please take a screenshot of the error message and email it to us at moovcs@moov-music.com.
How do I get my MOOV login ID and password?
Netvigator Users: Your MOOV login name and password are exactly the same as your “Netvigator” login details.
Non-Netvigator Users: Set up a login name and password when registering for MOOV music services via the MOOV mobile app or the MOOV web version.
You can use the “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Email/Login ID” function to reset your password or retrieve your Login ID. If you are still unable to log in, please contact us at moovcs@moov-music.com for further assistance.
How do I change my password?
Users who log in with email/HKT Home phone can change their password through the MOOV web page > ‘Settings’ > “Edit Personal Information” > ‘Change Password.’
Users who log in using other methods, such as Facebook ID, Apple ID, mobile accounts, or Netvigator service, should contact the relevant service providers for instructions on how to change their password.”
Will it affect signing in to MOOV if I change my Netvigator login ID and password?

What is the benefit of connecting to Facebook?
You can simply login by your Facebook account, and share music to you Facebook. Establishing a new account and password are unnecessary.
If I changed my Facebook contact email / password, would it affect the use of Facebook Login?
You just have to press “Login with Facebook” on login page from MOOV mobile app or MOOV PC version and enter your new Facebook account or password.
I have connected my Facebook account with MOOV, if my Facebook account was terminated, can I still login through Facebook?

Will my current MOOV login account changed after service upgraded?
Changing or upgrading your service plan will not affect your existing MOOV login method. In other words, if you currently sign in using a MOOV ID, Apple ID, Facebook account, Netvigator account, or a 1O1O/csl./Sun Mobile account, you can continue using the same login method after upgrading your service plan.
My account login information is correct, why can’t I login MOOV website?
If your login credentials are correct but you are still unable to sign in to the MOOV web version, please first check your browser’s privacy settings:
Chrome – “Allow all cookies” has been checked.
Firefox – block “Cookies” and “Tracking content” have been unchecked.
Safari – “Block all cookies” and “Prevent cross-site tracking” have been unchecked.
If you still cannot log in after adjusting these settings, it is recommended that you:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try logging in using Incognito/Private Browsing mode.
- Test with a different web browser.

How many mobile devices can a MOOV account stream music on at the same time?
A MOOV account can register up to three mobile devices. Only one device can stream music at a time, while other devices can be set to offline mode to play downloaded music.
Why does the system keep popping up upgrade prompts after I log in?
This usually happens due to the following reasons:
- Account has been cancelled: The account you are currently logged into may have been cancelled or terminated previously.
- Service plan has expired: Your current subscription plan has expired. You will need to subscribe to a new plan to continue using the service.

- Enter your mobile number on the login page.
- A random 6-digit OTP will be sent to you via SMS.
- Enter the OTP within the specified time limit to access your account.
