Sorry ! Sign in with Apple can only be used to login MOOV account that is newly created with Sign in with Apple.
When the Apple account is terminated, could the Apple ID still be used to login MOOV ?

Your access to MOOV account will not be affected at the time your Apple account is terminated. However, your login will be failed at the time you relogin MOOV. To continue to use your MOOV account, please email your request together with your Membership Number to moovcs@moov-music.com. How do I get my MOOV login ID and password?
For Netvigator customers, login ID and password are identical to your Netvigator service. For non-Netvigator customers, please follow the instructions on MOOV Mobile App or MOOV website to complete MOOV registration.
How do I change my password?
Go to MOOV website and login, then click “Settings” > “Edit Personal Information” > “Change Password”.
This function is not applicable for users who access MOOV by login ID of Facebook, Apple, Mobile Number or Netvigator. Please contact corresponding service center for assistance.
Will it affect signing in to MOOV if I change my Netvigator login ID and password?
If you access MOOV by your Netvigator login ID and password, both login ID and password will be synchronized when they are changed.
What is the benefit of connecting to Facebook?
You can simply login MOOV mobile app or MOOV website by your Facebook account, and share music to you Facebook. Establishing a new account and password are unnecessary.
If I changed my Facebook contact email / password, would it affect the use of Facebook Login?
You just have to press “Facebook login” on login page from MOOV mobile app or MOOV website and enter your new Facebook account or password.
I have connected my Facebook account with MOOV, if my Facebook account was terminated, can I still login through Facebook?
Yes, however you will fail to access to MOOV on your next login. If you wish to continue the service, please email your Membership Number to moovcs@moov-music.com. You can find your Membership Number in “My Account” in MOOV mobile app or “Settings” in MOOV website . Please keep the Membership Number for resuming service in the future.
How to disconnect my Facebook account with MOOV account?

The change of service plan will not affect the current MOOV login account.

Before login MOOV website, please check your browser’s privacy settings to ensure that-

A MOOV account can registered up to three portable devices, when one device steaming online, the rest of two devices can listen download music in offline mode.
