What is “Therapeutic Music”?

Music Therapy is a established health profession, it has been practiced for many years in which music is used within a therapeutic relationship to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals. After assessing the strengths and needs of each client, the qualified music therapist provides the indicated treatment including creating, singing, moving to, and/or listening to music.
There are about 50-registered Music Therapists in Hong Kong. MOOV have invited registered Music Therapists to tailor made asia’s first# and only “Therapeutic Music”*^ which have different functional music playlist with Cantonese voice induction. Through their expertise and experience, MOOV would like to bring more health beneficial music contents for all MOOVers to enjoy.

“Therapeutic Music” zone provides 2 set of music playlists. The first set is music playlist introduced by the 6 registered Music Therapist with Cantonese voice induction. The other set are pure music with 9 different categories.

How should I enjoy the “Therapeutic Music” contents?

Playlists designed by registered Music Therapist will each have a recommended way to enjoy. Please follow the written instruction and the voice instruction provided in the “Therapeutic Music” zone.

Do I need to enjoy the “Therapeutic Music” contents at a specific time and place?
