What is Song Identification feature?
The “Song Identification” feature allows you to identify songs currently playing by matching them against the MOOV music library, providing details such as the song title, artist, and album.
How to use Song Identification feature in MOOV App?
Please ensure the following items before use:
– Installed MOOV mobile App to the latest version.
– Device has connected to the network
– Online mode in MOOV mobile App is activated
– Device has already authorized and enabled the microphone permission
After the completion of the above settings, place your device near the music, click “Song Identification” icon through search page. The system will then identify the song through this feature to find your favourite song.
How to use Song Identification feature through MOOV webpage?
This feature is not supported in MOOV webpage, please use it through MOOV Mobile App.
What should I do if there is problem when using Song Identification feature?
Possible causes include:
– The device is not connected to the internet
– The surrounding environment is too noisy
– Microphone access is not enabled
-The song is not available in the music library
-The audio volume is too low or distorted
Suggested solutions:
– Ensure the device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data
– Move closer to the audio source

No, the device should stay online during song identification.
