What is Song Identification feature?
User can identify a song from MOOV Music Library through this feature.
How to use Song Identification feature in MOOV App?
Please ensure the following items before use:
– Installed MOOV mobile App to the latest version.
– Device has connected to the network
– Online mode in MOOV mobile App is activated
– Device has already authorized and enabled the microphone permission
After the completion of the above settings, place your device near the music, click “Song Identification” icon through search page. The system will then identify the song through this feature to find your favourite song.
How to use Song Identification feature through MOOV webpage?
This feature is not supported in MOOV webpage, please use it through MOOV Mobile App.
What should I do if there is problem when using Song Identification feature?
The following conditions may cause problems when using Song Identification feature
– Environmental interference may affect song identification results
– No such song in the music library or the song hasn’t published yet
– The song is being adapted
– Device has not authorized and enabled the microphone permission
– Device has not connected to the Internet
Can I use Song Identification feature while offline?
No, the device should stay online during song identification.
