[My Collection]/[My Download]

“Downloaded” tags are shown near downloaded music on playlist, different tags represent different music qualities:
1) Yellow “Downloaded” tag represents music in 24 bit version;
2) Green “Downloaded” tag represents music in 16 bit version;
3) Grey “Downloaded” tag represents music in 128 kbps / 320 kbps version
When playing downloaded music in 24 bit, 24 bit tag and “Downloaded” tag will be shown on music player to represent music quality as 24 bit.

If you inquire about the total download size, please go to Menu > “Settings” > “Disk Space Management” > “Downloaded songs”. For music downloaded after 01/04/2020, player will display the file size of the music.

Please go to menu > “My Collections” > “My Downloads” > “Downloaded Songs” > click “More” > “Redownload” > choose upgrade songs > select download quality (24 bit) > click “Download” > ensure redownload > download start (if it meets with the download network settings)

The reasons might be:

Please ensure you are MOOV 24 bit Music Service subscriber. If you have changed to other service plan, downloaded music in 24 bit are no longer retained, please redownload. It is also possible that network connection is not stable during download process. Please go to Menu > “My Collections” > “My Downloads” > “Downloaded Songs”, delete and redownload the unavailable music.

It depends on the song length. In general, each song in 128kbps is around 3-4MB; each song in 320kbps is around 7-10MB; and each 24 bit song is around 50-200MB. Users can play music through streaming and pre-download music then play accordingly.
