Video content can only watch online. Offline mode not applicable to MOOV PC version .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I download songs to MOOV App?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tap &#8220;Download&#8221; button on the album or playlist; Or go to \u201cMain Menu\u201d &gt; \u201cMy Collections\u201d &gt; \u201cMy Downloads\u201d &gt; Turn on the auto download function on your selected item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is &#8220;Offline mode&#8221;?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Automate : MOOV Mobile App will be switched to offline mode automatically when the internet connection is weak. Steaming will be disabled but you can play your downloaded songs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manual : Switch to offline mode mutually by tapping &#8220;Switch to offline mode&#8221; button on main menu when the network is weak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>User shall login MOOV Mobile App under strong network within 30 days to ensure the account status is up-to-date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I choose to download songs with Wi-Fi only?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tap menu button &gt; \u201cSettings\u201d &gt; &#8220;Download Quality&#8221; Turn on &#8220;downloading songs via Wi-Fi only&#8221; option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any enquiry in relation to MOOV Music service, please email <a href=\"mailto:moovcs@moov-music.com\">moovcs@moov-music.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Can I listen or watch music content while offline?
