This ensures that future transaction receipts, password reset emails, and important notifications can successfully reach the registrant&#8217;s inbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When registering for a 14-day free trial or updating the contact email, the system will send a verification email to the registrant&#8217;s contact email address. Click the verification link within the email to complete the verification process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why can&#8217;t I use 24 bit music service during the 14-day free trial period?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you find that you cannot use the 24 bit music service during your 14-day free trial period, it is usually because you have not yet completed the email verification process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check your inbox (or spam\/junk folder) for a verification email sent by MOOV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click the verification link within the email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once successfully verified, the system will immediately activate the 24 bit music service, which will remain active until the end of your free trial period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to amend my email address?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven&#8217;t verified your email address, click resend on the notification bar at the top of main page, renew email address through the pop-up window. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have already verified your email address, you can renew your email address on the page of &#8220;Edit Personal Information&#8221; via &#8220;Settings.&#8221;  After updating the contact email address, the system will send out verification email to the new email address immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will the system send out verification email to my new email address again after updating my new email address as contact information?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After updating the contact email address, the system will send out verification email to the new email address immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why doesn&#8217;t 24 bit music service extend for 14 days after verifying my email address within the free trial period?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The free trial duration is 14 days, 24 bit music service will be activated immediately right after email verification. The plan will be terminated when the free trial period is ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why can&#8217;t I use 24 bit music service after verified the email during the 14-day free trial period?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is possible that after updating your contact email, the email verification process has not yet been completed.  The system will send another verification email to your new email address.
