The billing records will be reflected in the payment method selected when applying for MOOV music services, such as the PCCW home fixed-line phone bill or credit card monthly statements. Customers can log into the MOOV mobile app under &#8220;My Account&#8221; or visit the MOOV website&#8217;s &#8220;Settings&#8221; to select &#8220;View Service Plans&#8221; to check their billing records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-can-i-find-the-service-end-date-after-redemption\">How can I find the service end date after service code redemption?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Login MOOV mobile app, click \u201cView Service Plans\u201d in \u201cMy Account\u201d or \u201cSettings\u201d in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/moov-music.com\/?lang=en_US\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/moov.hk\">MOOV PC version<\/a>&nbsp;to check the service end date after service successfully redeem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which payment method can I choose?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The payment method is based on individual promotional plans. For details, please refer to the offer&#8217;s terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers can choose credit card (VISA, Master Card and American Express Card), Alipay HK, BoC Pay, PayMe, PCCW Fixed-line bill or Netvigator bill (Netvigator customers only). Customers can also subscribe MOOV music service through App Store or Google Play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"my-moov-music-service-is-suspended-what-should-i-do\">My MOOV music service is suspended after invalid payment, what should I do?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If system appears invalid payment, please proceed to \u201cUpdate Payment Method\u201d in \u201cMy Account\u201d in MOOV app or \u201cSettings\u201d in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/moov-music.com\/?lang=en_US\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/moov.hk\">MOOV PC version<\/a>. If service subscribed from third parties authorization (eg. 1O1O, csl., App Store or Google Play), contact corresponding customer service team to update the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why can&#8217;t I enjoy the same promotion offer when renewing?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Promotions must be applied for within a specified period.  If the promotion has expired, you cannot enjoy the same offer when renewing.  The main service plan page may update promotions from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is 16 bit music service remaining period?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If existing customers of the MOOV 16 bit music service plan order the MOOV 24 bit music service under another plan using the same account, the existing MOOV 16 bit music service plan will be immediately suspended once the application for the MOOV 24 bit music service plan is successful. The remaining days of the paid and unused MOOV 16 bit music service will be automatically preserved. The <a href=\"https:\/\/helpcentre.moov-music.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/payment-2\/#what-is-16-bit-music-service-remaining-period\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/helpcentre.moov-music.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/payment-2\/#what-is-16-bit-music-service-remaining-period\">remaining 16 bit music service period<\/a> will be stored and reactivated upon the termination of 24 bit subscription. However this arrangement is not applicable to music service subscribed from third parties authorization (eg. 1O1O, csl., App Store or Google Play).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If I change my 24 bit service plan to 16 bit, will the prepaid service fee be refunded?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As 16 bit service plan will be effective after the termination of 24 bit music service, prepaid monthly subscription fee will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why does it still show that I am a &#8220;free member&#8221; after successfully paying and logging in?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can try the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method 1:<\/strong> Please go online, log out of MOOV, and then log back in. After logging in, go to &#8220;Settings&#8221; and click on &#8220;Update Service Plan Contents&#8221; to refresh the plan details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method 2:<\/strong> If you previously had multiple MOOV accounts, you may have logged into an old account.
