What are the difference between MOOV 16 bit Music Service and MOOV 24 bit Music Service ?

MOOV provides 128 kbps , 320 kbps , 16 bit and 24 bit music qualities. User who successfully registered for MOOV 16 bit Music Service can stream and download music in 128 kbps, 320 kbps and 16 bit. Streaming and downloading 24 bit songs are only applicable to user who registered 24 bit Music Service.

MOOV provides 128 kbps, 320 kbps, 16 bit and 24 bit music qualities. User who successfully registered for MOOV 16 bit Music Service can stream and download music in 128 kbps, 320 kbps and 16 bit. Streaming and downloading 24 bit songs are only applicable to user who registered 24 bit Music Service.

I have subscribed MOOV 16 bit Music Service through 1O1O / csl, how do I register for MOOV 24 bit Music Service?

I am a 1O1O/csl. 5G customer, my MOOV commitment period is not expired yet. Can I use the same account to register for MOOV 24 bit Music Service ?

You can use your existing MOOV account to upgrade to MOOV 24 bit Music Service. To apply for the service, please call service hotline 28881010 (1O1O customers) / 25123123 (csl. customers).

I am a user of MOOV 16 bit music service, how could I upgrade my service to MOOV 24 bit music service?

Please login MOOV mobile app, click “upgrade” in “My Account“, select service plan and complete payment procedure to upgrade 24 bit music service. Please note that current 16 bit commitment plan user can only select 24 bit commitment plan within contract period. Relevant advanced termination fee will be exempted due to the upgrade of service plan. The remaining 16 bit music service period will be stored and reactivated upon the termination of 24 bit subscription. However this arrangement is not applicable to music service subscribed from third parties authorization (eg. App Store or Google Play). If your 16 bit music service is subscribed via 1O1O, csl., App Store or Google Play, please upgrade by contacting relevant parties.

24 bit student plan is currently unavailable. If you wish to register 24 bit music service plan, please wait for the end of current service period or terminate the current service plan and upgrade accordingly.

Can I register 24 bit service plan if my 14-day free trial has not terminated?

Yes, select “upgrade” in “My Account” in MOOV app or “Settings” in MOOV website, choose the service plan and complete the payment procedure to upgrade to 24 bit music service. You can visit here for more discount details.

Yes, you can upgrade your service using the same Apple ID or Google account via App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google system will refund the paid 16 bit music service subscription fee to you in proportion, 24 bit music service will then be effective immediately.

I subscribed to MOOV 16 bit music service before, do I need to register for another account to play 24 bit music?

If I terminate the 1O1O / csl. 5G service, will MOOV 24 bit Subscription still be kept?

I am currently a MOOV paid member, how do I play music in 24 bit?

Customer shall subscribe and activate MOOV 24 bit music service, then choose streaming quality in MOOV mobile app Settings to enjoy MOOV 24 bit quality.

I am MOOV Trial member, could 24 bit music be played during free trial period?

From 01/07/2020 onwards, trial members can stream and download 24 bit music during free trial period.

I have registered 14-day free trial before 01/07/2020, can I play 24 bit music during free trial period?

From 01/07/2020 onwards, trial members can stream and download 24 bit music during free trial period. For example, If you registered 14-day free trial on 25/06/2020, the free trial period should end on 08/07/2020. You can stream and download 24 bit music during free trial period starting from 01/07/2020.

I discover that the name of subscription is included “16 bit” in “Settings”, is there any effect on the current service after the change?

New subscription name is effective from 01/04/2020. It shall not affect the current service. You can continue to enjoy 128kps, 320kps and 16 bit music quality, but newly launched 24 bit music quality is unavailable for original subscription (ie 16 bit Subscription).

I upgrade my service from MOOV 16 bit Music Service to MOOV 24 bit Music Service. If I terminate MOOV 24 bit Music Service, will it revert to the old subscription?

Prepaid subscription fee will not be refund when you upgrade your 16 bit service to 24 bit. However, the remaining 16 bit music service period will be stored and reactivated upon the termination of 24 bit subscription. However this arrangement is not applicable to music service authorized and subscribed from third parties (eg. 1O1O、csl.、Apple Store、Google Play).

Is it necessary to submit termination fee in advance if I terminate the current agreement earlier and change another service plan within the commitment period?

The calculation method of early termination of commitment fee will not alter. If you wish to upgrade 16 bit to 24 bit service plan, the relevant fee can be exempted.

Is it necessary to use 24 bit music service with 5G network?

No, but the performance of 24 bit music will be superior with 5G network.
