Member Zone is an area where MOOV 24 bit and 16 bit paid users can check or save their exclusive offers. Your membership level will be categorized according to the music service you subscribed. The membership level of 24 bit music service users is MOOV BLACK; while the membership level of 16 bit music service users is MOOV GREEN.
How to login to Member Zone?
Click “Special Offer” in “My Account” or click here to enter Member Zone. The way of logging in to Member Zone is the same as logging in to MOOV App.
What is “Login via MOOV App” ?
If your device is logged in to MOOV App, the system will login to Member Zone with the same account automatically. Re-entering account name and password are unnecessary. Please note: This function is only applicable to MOOV app v3.0.7 or above.
Do I need to login to Member Zone again if I have already logged in to MOOV app?

What is the difference between MOOV BLACK and MOOV GREEN?
The membership level of 24 bit music service users is MOOV BLACK; while the membership level of 16 bit music service users is MOOV GREEN. MOOV BLACK and MOOV GREEN members receive different exclusive offers. MOOV BLACK members are privileged to receive better shopping offers and order concert tickets in priority.
How to check which membership level I belong to?
If you are currently a paid member of MOOV music service, you will be categorized into particular membership level. The membership level of 24 bit music service users is MOOV BLACK; while the membership level of 16 bit music service users is MOOV GREEN.
How do I calculate the effective date of my membership in Member Zone?
