What are the difference between MOOV 16 bit Music Service and MOOV 24 bit Music Service ?
Customers who have subscribed to the MOOV 24 bit music service can stream and download music content in 128 kbps, 320 kbps, 16 bit, and 24 bit audio quality through the MOOV mobile application. Customers subscribed to the MOOV 16 bit music service can stream and download music content in 128 kbps, 320 kbps, and 16 bit audio quality through the MOOV mobile application. 16 bit and 24 bit audio quality music content is not available on the MOOV web version.
I am a 1O1O/csl. 5G customer, my MOOV commitment period is not expired yet. Can I use the same account to register for MOOV 24 bit Music Service ?
You can use your existing MOOV account to upgrade to MOOV 24 bit Music Service. Customers can enquire via 1O1O / csl mobile app or call customer service hotline at 28881010 (1O1O customer) / 25123123 (csl. customer) for 24 bit subscription details.

Please login MOOV mobile app, click “upgrade” in “My Account”, select service plan and complete payment procedure to upgrade 24 bit music service. Please note that current 16 bit commitment plan user can only select 24 bit commitment plan within contract period. Relevant advanced termination fee will be exempted due to the upgrade of service plan. The remaining 16 bit music service period will be stored and reactivated upon the termination of 24 bit subscription. However this arrangement is not applicable to music service subscribed from third parties authorization (eg. App Store or Google Play). If your 16 bit music service is subscribed via 1O1O, csl., App Store or Google Play, please upgrade by contacting relevant parties.

Yes. You can choose a service plan and complete the payment process through ‘Upgrade Now’ in the ‘My Account’ section of the MOOV mobile application or on the web version to immediately terminate the trial period and upgrade to the 24-bit music service. My 16 bit music service is registered via App Store or Google Play, can I keep the current login account and upgrade to 24 bit music service?
Yes, you can upgrade your service using the same Apple ID or Google account via App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google system will refund the paid 16 bit music service subscription fee to you in proportion, 24 bit music service will then be effective immediately.
I subscribed to MOOV 16 bit music service before, do I need to register for another account to play 24 bit music?
No need, you can upgrade to 24 bit music service using the current MOOV account.
I have already upgraded my service to MOOV 24 bit Subscription through 1O1O / csl., but why my subscription service is still 16 bit Subscription ?

I am currently a MOOV paid member, how do I play music in 24 bit?
Customer shall subscribe and activate MOOV 24 bit music service, then choose streaming quality in MOOV mobile app Settings to enjoy MOOV 24 bit quality.
Could 24 bit music be played during free trial period?
24 bit music can stream and download during free trial period.
I upgrade my service from MOOV 16 bit Music Service to MOOV 24 bit Music Service. If I terminate MOOV 24 bit Music Service, will it revert to the old subscription?
If you upgrade to a 24-bit music service plan while there are remaining days in your 16-bit plan, the 16-bit plan will be terminated immediately. The remaining days will be retained and can be used after the 24-bit plan ends or is cancelled.
Please note that this arrangement does not apply to music services subscribed via authorized third parties (e.g. 1O1O, csl., App Store, or Google Play).
Will I be charged an early termination fee if I change my service plan during the contract period?
The calculation method of early termination of commitment fee is subject to the subscribed plan. If the service plan is upgraded from 16 bit to 24 bit, the relevant fee will be exempted.
Is it necessary to use 24 bit music service with 5G network?
Not necessary, but the performance of 24 bit music works superior with 5G network.
